Project Summary

The One Eastover Place is a newly constructed professional office facility in Jackson, MS. This 5 story building consists of roughly 26,000 square foot of glass, storefront, and curtainwall as well as 700 square foot of half inch glass handrail lining the balcony on 5th floor. The Kawneer glazing systems that was used provide an aesthetic accent as well as top of the industry performance. This facility, with its professional appeal, is an excellent example of teamwork and construction coordination. The Owner, Architect, General Contractor, and Sub-contractors worked closely to complete this project in a high priority time and in budget. The One Eastover Place provides a very monumental appearance and sets the new standard for future corporate office buildings. It was chosen as the trademark building of the Eastover development.
