Project Summary

Coleman Coliseum is located at the University of Alabama just off of Bryant Drive. This was a renovation project that incorporated new basketball, soccer, softball, tennis, volleyball, cheerleading, and gymnastics facilities and offices. The storefront and curtainwall systems were provided by Kawneer. The Owner, Construction Manager, and Contractors worked closely to complete this project on time and in budget. The two hundred foot long butt glazed curtainwall located on the east side of the building provides an outdoor experience to those who are seated in the club lounge. The other main feature of the building is the two large rotundas located on the northeast and northwest corners of the building. This facility incorporates the latest technology in the construction industry. Also included in this project are etched door glasses with the University of Alabama logo providing that exquisite touch to the recruiting lounge.
