Project Summary

The Baker Donelson office is a recently completed lawyers’ office inside the newly constructed One Eastover Place at the Eastover development in Jackson, MS. This office has approximately 15,000 square feet of project specific custom made interior glass walls. The 7/16” tempered laminated glass has coatings of patterns to create an obscure effect in the center of the glass lite. It was made and shipped to the jobsite directly from the Carvart New York facility. It also has custom design build glass handrails and smoke baffle that expand for 3 floors. While having an extremely high aesthetic appeal it also is designed to create a water fall in case of fire and allow workers to get out safely. Lastly there is red spandrel glass servicing as a back splash in the break area and kitchens. This was made and sent from Atlanta, GA to give the area bold color and warmth. The owner, architect, general contractor and subcontractors all worked together closely to ensure this project was completed safely and on schedule.
